Overview
Dubai International city is a rural-themed architecture of residences, business, and tourist attractions. Spreading over an area of 800 hectares (8 million square meters), the arrangement of the city is inspired by the traditional carpets of Middle East. Once completed, the project will contain studio apartments and accommodate over 60,000 residents.
Dubai International City, when completed will embrace residential districts of Persia, Greece, Spain, Morocco, England, France, Italy, Russia and China. Apart from this four core districts are planned for Dubai International City namely, the Central Business District, Residential District, Lake District and Forbidden City. Some astounding attraction are planned for the city which includes the Dragon Mart Complex and Dubai Design Cente. The expected costs of Dubai International city is US$23 million. Dubai International City upon completion will comprise 6 key areas.
